It is your responsibility to prepare and present a claim. You have a huge task ahead of you to collate and justify every item or element that forms part of the insurance claim. This is a critical and time consuming process – no matter what you believe nor what you have been told you are NOT insured at all until the insurer has investigated the circumstances & accepts liability for the claim. Only then can a claim progress. Without proper guidance this can be a minefield as you may unknowingly prejudice or severely affect your claim by simple words or actions to the insurance company.

They will concentrate on any warranties, exclusions or special requirements which are in the small print in order to reduce or repudiate (decline) the claim where possible.

Insurance Loss Assessors have vast experience in Insurance Claims Management and are able to handle all aspects of the claim including all communications with the Insurance Company. The role of a Loss Assessor is to get everything you are entitled to and take away the stress. We help you notify the Insurance Company who would then send a Loss Adjuster to view and inspect the Incident. A Loss Assessor would be there for you every step of the way. We are your specialist team on your side.

We charge a small percentage of the gross settlement for our Loss Assessing service. It will be agreed up front so this is completely transparent for our Claims Handling Service. The fees are usually adsorbed many times over by the increase in settlement a Insurance Assessor will get for you. The percentage is determined on the size and complexity of the claims circumstances.

If you have a domestic property and appoint all our services to handle your entire claim there may be no fee for what we do and our service may be completely FREE. Click here to read more
